I'm a dim sum addict so I'd have to borrow a little'un (my lad is 16 so probably doesn't qualify). I'd like to try those deep-fried turnip thingies.

My latest new experience was 薑葱牛柏葉 (jiāng cōng​ niú​ bǎi​ yè​), Beef Tripe with Ginger and Spring Onion, which kicked off your 2010 dim sum month (http://kake.dreamwidth.org/43981.html). This appeared on the local menu recently and I was pleased to see the evocative name used. Very nice it was too.
