Yes, I should probably have said I wasn't sure if the dish belonged to one or the other or both :) I know what you mean, though — it's sometimes hard to work out where to stop trying to narrow down the "place" of a dish. Though I prefer to err on the side of being too specific, since one of the motivations behind this blog is to show that China has multiple cuisines and Chinese food is not one great monolith.
