I always struggle with the meaning of the dial inside a fridge. I *think* I have now established that higher = colder but I usually have to set it & then come back & check in a couple of hrs.

I struggle, even though ours is marked with a blue bar of increasing width, so as it gets bigger it's indicating colder. You'd think that would be pretty obvious.
