Ah-ha, thanks, I've edited that term into the post now. Red & Hot seem to use both! Though I guess they're using 米飯類 for rice-options-in-general and 白飯 to emphasize that this one particular option is plain rice. Not sure what the 絲苗 part is all about, mind...
