I have seen tea menus, just not Chinese-only ones. I did have a bit of a failure moment at Peninsula the other day, when I wanted to have some tea other than jasmine, but the staff member taking our order didn't know any of the teas in English, and the only one I could remember in Chinese was long jing, which they didn't have. I'll remember to swot up beforehand, next time!
