Thanks! I've edited the post. Now I need to go to a proper Cantonese restaurant and try the lettuce wraps there for comparison with the takeaway version (I rather like the takeaway version).

Very interesting info about sesame prawn toast! I wish the Wikipedia article had some references for further reading. I wonder if it evolved from an earlier dish using a different kind of bread base.
