Didn't taste so much like cartilidge to me - actually more crunchy vegetably! Like cooked fennel (but without the taste, obviously). The jellyfish and cucumber salad from Home was very good too! I can't believe I managed jellyfish twice in a week after never having had it before :)

Can't believe you didn't mention the jellyfish peanut butter sandwiches. Do you hate fusion?? (You are correct if so :))
